Terms for direct bookings made through the Villa Garden website.

Availability and price

The website shows availability and prices from the property's management system. Availability and price are checked again before confirmation. The stay total is shown before payment. Any estimated city tax is shown separately from the stay total and is payable at the property.

Payment and confirmation

Online bookings are paid through PayPal. A booking is complete when payment is confirmed and the website displays a confirmation code. A displayed offer or temporary hold is not a confirmed booking. If payment is being verified, do not place a second booking; check its status or contact the property.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations communicated to the property at least 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations communicated less than 60 days before arrival, a charge of 30% of the total booking amount applies. If the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled (no-show), the charge is 100% of the total booking amount.

To cancel, email info@villagarden.eu with the confirmation code. The property will acknowledge the request and state any refund due under the policy above.

Special requests

Notes entered in the form are sent to the property. Special requests require confirmation by the property and do not automatically change the price or included services.
